Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 13725936 CANADA INC.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant data to management.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Outlook.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular interaction with customers, sales staff, and management.
