Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station and Convenience Store. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that inventory levels are accurately maintained.
- Merchandising: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure that our store is operating within budget and that financial goals are being met.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales floor staff, helping them to build their skills and advance their careers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
