Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 13725936 CANADA INC.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of sales workers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
  • Authorize payments, returns, and manage inventory
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including scheduling and performance reviews
  • Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to relocate and work in a retail environment
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a retail service establishment, with a willingness to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and staff.
