Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell Gas Station and Convenience Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Development: Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
