Commissioning Expert

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Authority/Agent to join our Commissioning Team in Southern Ontario. This is a position that requires a strong background in building systems, including commissioning experience, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver commissioning and commissioning-related services on new building construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Project manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Collaborate with internal and external project teams, developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Conduct and document commissioning and commissioning-related testing, providing technical knowledge to troubleshooting building systems.
- Review and identify design risks, evaluating installations and functional performance of building systems for optimized performance/efficiencies.
- Chair project commissioning meetings, providing commissioning-related advice to the project Commissioning Team.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and documentation, writing proposals and quotations to win new projects.
- Over 5-10 years of experience working with building systems, including commissioning experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and tasks, adapting to shifting priorities.
- Desire to continuously learn and work more effectively.
- Willingness to travel to projects located throughout Southern Ontario.
- Commitment to regularly enhance technical and professional skills.
- Self-motivation, with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctuality, reliability, detail-oriented, and very organized.
- Valid Driver's License.
