Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Howard Johnson by Wyndham. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff: Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure that our housekeeping staff has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
- Performance Evaluations: Conduct regular performance evaluations and appraisals of housekeeping staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of service and quality.
- Safety and Quality: Ensure that our hotel meets all safety and quality standards, including maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
