Job Description

As a Server at Auberge du Pommier, you will be an integral part of our front-of-house team. Under the direction of our Front of House Management Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. This includes being knowledgeable about all food and beverage items, adhering to our steps of service, and creating a positive guest experience.

The Day-to-Day

  • Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service
  • Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage items in order to make recommendations
  • Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards
  • Monitor the cleanliness of your section and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter
  • Follow all food safety standards and systems
  • Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies
  • Complete opening, closing and side-duties efficiently and safely
  • Other duties as assigned or required
