Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Scanway Catering Ltd. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a formal dining room, catering firm, or hotel, motel, resort setting.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) is required.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent client focus, organizational skills, reliability, and teamwork abilities are essential.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 38 hours per week.
Key Skills
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers.
  • Menu Selection: Advise customers on menu selections and present bills for payment.

Work Environment
