Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Server to join our team at The Feasts - Best Food & Drinks. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and attentive service.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables.
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
    • Perform sensory evaluation of wines.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise other servers and bussing staff.
    • Schedule staff and train new employees.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
    • Perform criminal record checks as required.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity.
    • Work under pressure to meet customer demands and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
Working Conditions
  • 35 to 48 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
