We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team and lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth through qualifying warm inbound leads from marketing generated sources primarily through telephone and email communication
  • Develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting efforts for new customers in a defined territory
  • Track prospects through the sales cycle and leverage data to identify the most effective and unique approach for each funnel
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to continuously optimize and improve sales processes
  • Become a Tidal + Shopify expert, able to answer any questions prospects may have about our consulting and services
  • Consistently deliver against set quota and lead the sales process from initial contact to close for mid-market customers

About You:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new sales opportunities and adding qualified leads to our sales funnel. You will be responsible for either outbound, inbound or both prospecting, and will be the merchant's dedicated point of contact during the qualification period.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving. You will also have the opportunity to lead the sales process from initial contact to close for mid-market customers.
