Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Operations Manager to oversee our kitchen staff and ensure the highest standards of food preparation and safety. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training to kitchen personnel on their roles, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Assess the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Compile food order summaries for the head chef.
  • Instruct staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff.
  • Design menus and guarantee that food quality meets established standards.
  • Supervise the activities of sous-chefs, specialized chefs, and cooks.
  • Introduce new cooking methods and equipment to the culinary team.
  • Regularly prepare and cook meals, including special dishes for events.
Supervision

This position involves managing a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid Food Safety Certificate.

Eligibility Criteria
