About the Role

Betz Pools Limited is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking of stock levels, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory turnover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking of stock levels, minimize stockouts, and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, manage lead times, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of inventory control specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Forklift Operator Certification, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, and other relevant certifications.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in inventory control software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
