About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Finlayson Hospitality Partners Inc. as a Team Lead. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Oversee and direct the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service and quality control.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Inventory Management and Control

Estimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available for meal preparation and minimizing waste.

Staff Recruitment and Management

Recruit, hire, and manage food service staff, ensuring the right talent is in place to deliver exceptional service.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
