Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2338452 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Operations Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
