- Utilize your financial planning knowledge to aid IAs in crafting high-quality plans that exceed client expectations and foster loyalty.
- Participate in client meetings and the wealth planning process; organize client seminars and events.
- Effectively align clients with appropriate products and services.
- Uphold a culture of risk management while adhering to internal policies and procedures.
- Monitor service quality and productivity, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and keep colleagues informed about progress.
- Contribute positively as a team player, promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook.
- Mandatory licensing with the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as a Registered Representative (RR).
- Preferred: Undergraduate Degree or Community College Diploma.
- Preferred: Personal Financial Planner (PFP) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently, confidentially, and collaboratively.
