Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialized business services, advisory support, and process assistance.
  • Collaborate with IAs to develop customized solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, IA Bank branches, and other referral sources.
  • Utilize your financial planning knowledge to aid IAs in crafting high-quality plans that exceed client expectations and foster loyalty.
  • Participate in client meetings and the wealth planning process; organize client seminars and events.
  • Effectively align clients with appropriate products and services.
  • Uphold a culture of risk management while adhering to internal policies and procedures.
  • Monitor service quality and productivity, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and keep colleagues informed about progress.
  • Contribute positively as a team player, promoting a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook.
  • Mandatory licensing with the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as a Registered Representative (RR).
  • Preferred: Undergraduate Degree or Community College Diploma.
  • Preferred: Personal Financial Planner (PFP) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently, confidentially, and collaboratively.
