Client Support Specialist

Investment Planning Counsel (IPC) is a rapidly expanding independent wealth management firm in Canada, united by a common goal: assisting advisors in enhancing their businesses through exceptional client service. Each team member contributes to achieving this objective.
The Client Support Specialist's primary responsibility is to support the Advisor and team with administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on client interactions. The CES collaborates closely with the team to cultivate a 'life planning' approach for clients, promoting peace of mind and empowering them to pursue their dreams.
Key Responsibilities- Professionally handle client inquiries through various channels.
- Manage office calendar, appointments, and events, ensuring a personalized client experience.
- Prepare meeting documentation and coordinate account/trade instructions.
- Ensure accuracy of paperwork, financial plans, and client communication.
- Optimize CRM and software systems.
- Facilitate client onboarding process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support office and client management.
- Proactively address client concerns and seek opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in administrative or support role, preferably in financial advisory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office365, CRM software, and other tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific platforms and basic insurance concepts.
- Relevant certifications or ongoing education in related fields.
