Investment Planning Counsel is a leading wealth management company in Canada, dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences. We are seeking a highly skilled Client Experience Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service through professional communication, including phone, email, video conference, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage the office calendar, client appointments, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and documentation.
  • Prepare meeting documentation for client and prospect meetings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate client account/trade instructions, ensuring efficient completion and accuracy.
  • Optimize our CRM and software to support business operations.
  • Collaborate with branch support staff, IPC Head Office, and other stakeholders to ensure best-in-class office and client management.
  • Escalate client matters in a timely manner, as warranted by the situation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant or advisor support role, preferably in a financial advisory firm.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with all team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and create systems.
  • Ability to provide a remarkable client experience, anticipating client needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office365, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint, as well as CRM software (Salesforce, UVC).
