Job Title: Principal Designer

As a Principal Designer, you will take on significant responsibilities in the development and innovation of decor concepts tailored for various environments. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the design manager and other team members to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Your key responsibilities as a Principal Designer:

  • Engage in the strategic planning of layouts, including existing designs and new concepts for diverse spaces such as banners, offices, and warehouses.
  • Create detailed 3D visualizations to aid in project planning and decision-making.
  • Work alongside the design manager to conceptualize and refine new decor ideas.
  • Revise and enhance the standards for various decor elements, including furniture and equipment.
  • Investigate and recommend tools for the development of internal training programs.
  • Focus on cost-effective solutions for decor concepts while achieving desired objectives.
  • Participate in walkthroughs to evaluate decor items and their implementation.
  • Provide essential support to the design manager throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications we seek:

  • A Bachelor's degree in design, architecture, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial design.
  • Proficient in Autocad software.
  • Skilled in Suite PhotoShop and Sketchup.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
