Job Overview
As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving GMR Safety's international growth strategy. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, developing and executing comprehensive campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately expand our market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of three talented marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Develop and implement a global marketing strategy aligned with sales objectives, encompassing diverse channels and tactics to reach target audiences in both Europe and North America.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital marketing, social media, events, and public relations.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage the global marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and return on investment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of proven experience in a similar marketing leadership role.
- Deep understanding of European and American market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and performance measurement tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in French and English is essential.
