Job Title: Lead Principal Designer

As a key member of our design team, you will take on significant responsibilities in crafting innovative decor concepts for various projects. Your role will involve strategic planning, supporting the design manager, and collaborating with fellow designers and drafters to ensure project excellence.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging in the planning and development of layouts, sketches, and design plans for diverse environments such as banners, offices, and other spaces.
  • Creating 3D visualizations for projects in the planning phase.
  • Working closely with the design manager to formulate new decor concepts.
  • Updating and maintaining standards for various decor elements (furniture, equipment, etc.).
  • Researching and developing tools for internal training initiatives.
  • Striving to reduce costs associated with decor concepts while achieving design objectives.
  • Participating in project evaluations for decor elements.
  • Providing essential support to the design manager.

Qualifications we seek:

  • A degree in design or architecture, or equivalent qualifications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial design.
  • Proficient in Autocad software.
  • Skilled in Suite PhotoShop and Sketchup software.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.

  • Strong technical and professional knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and autonomous.
