Technical Support Specialist

As a User Assistance Technician at STONEFORGED TECHNOLOGY INC., you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our users facing technical challenges. Your expertise will help ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Assist users encountering issues with their computer systems.
- Utilize user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to research and implement effective solutions.
- Offer guidance and training to users based on identified challenges.
- Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for reference by fellow technical support analysts.
- Deliver support for business systems, networks, and internet-related issues as needed.
- Availability for shift or on-call duties.
- Current student status.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
- Proximity to the job location.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Highest level of education completed.
- Current field of study.
- Current educational level.
Minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience is required.
