Position Overview

As a User Assistance Technician at STONEFORGED TECHNOLOGY INC., you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our users facing technical challenges. Your expertise will help ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist users encountering issues with their computer systems.
  • Utilize user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to research and implement effective solutions.
  • Offer guidance and training to users based on identified challenges.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for reference by fellow technical support analysts.
  • Deliver support for business systems, networks, and internet-related issues as needed.
Candidate Screening
  • Availability for shift or on-call duties.
  • Current student status.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
  • Proximity to the job location.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Highest level of education completed.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience is required.
