About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at F12. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, and implement effective solutions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support team members to ensure seamless support delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
