About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Stoneforged Technology Inc. as a User Support Technician. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in technical support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Research and implement solutions to technical issues using user guides, technical manuals, and other documentation.
  • Offer advice and training to users to help them resolve technical difficulties.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a technical support role.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • Current legal ability to work in Canada.
  • Residency in proximity to the advertised location.
  • Previous experience in technical support or a related field.
