F12 is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to employee inquiries and provide technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and software.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: Experience in a technical support role is an asset.
