Technical Support Specialist

IBM Computing is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer issues in a logical and methodical manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Experience with databases, web deployment, and cloud providers.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and fluency in multiple languages.
