About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director, Sales to join our team at KJN Food Services Incorporated. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team
    • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds
    • Develop and implement processes to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Performance Management
    • Set and track sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
    • Identify and address any sales performance issues or concerns
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales leadership role
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic plans
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and manage a large workload.
