About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Aacha jee Transport Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the organization, aligning with our overall mission and vision.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring a strong and effective organizational structure.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, ensuring the organization's financial stability and operational efficiency.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Human Resources Planning: Approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the organization has the necessary talent and skills to achieve its goals.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating the necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and team player skills.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal awareness, team player skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
