About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Aacha jee Transport Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the organization, aligning with our overall business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and materials, to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 11-15 people.
Technical Requirements
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a large workload.
  • Physical Demands: Attention to detail is essential.
