About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Aacha jee Transport Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the organization, aligning with our overall business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and materials, to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring optimal structure and function.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Human Resources Planning: Approve overall human resources planning, ensuring the right talent is in place to drive business success.
  • Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization, driving focus and alignment.
  • Policies and Programs: Formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a strong reputation.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating authority and creating optimal working conditions.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of driving business success.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to align with business objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Team Player: A team player with a strong interpersonal awareness, able to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
