At the Canadian Race Relations Foundation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating our projects, events, and initiatives, ensuring their successful delivery and alignment with our mandate and strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, event coordination, and community engagement. You will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including government departments, community leaders, and grassroots initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate program development, implementation, and evaluation
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government departments, community leaders, and grassroots initiatives
  • Design and implement programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Manage budgets and ensure compliance with CRRF policies
  • Provide programmatic support, including managing speakers, VIPs, registration processes, and vendors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, event coordination, and community engagement
  • Training in race relations, anti-racism, grant administration, community building, and engagement is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
