Job Description

Foilocn is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including project charters, integrated project plans, and communication plans.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations to ensure fiscal control and accountability.
  • Lead project teams, including identifying and acquiring skilled technical resources, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and managing client expectations.
  • Communicate project updates, progress reports, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and opportunities, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Work with vendors to negotiate and deliver mutually beneficial contracts for ongoing warranty, maintenance, and support of technology.
  • Ensure compliance with Ministry processes and incorporate Ministry interests while establishing contracts.
  • Coordinate project plans with Public Safety Operations and ensure project implementation plans have no adverse impact on public safety operations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience with Program/Project Management.
  • Demonstrated management experience in Project Management methodologies, producing documentation, collaterals, and artefacts.
  • Demonstrated experience with project and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Demonstrated experience with Public Safety Answering Point Telecommunication equipment systems, such as Communication Console System (CCS), Trunked Radio System, and Conventional Communication Solution, and its backup solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and acquiring a mix of skilled technical resources necessary to complete project assignments/deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the land ambulance sector and its stakeholders.
  • Experience managing projects related to 24x7 critical environments and operations.
  • PSRN project experience.
