Responsibilities:
- Manage significant projects, often overseeing multiple projects with values ranging from $1M to $50M.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of business and management principles to oversee all facets of project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Engage in discussions with internal clients to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Review and approve work breakdowns, cost estimates, baseline schedules, and project modifications as requested.
- Authorize project expenditures and procurement requisitions within designated authority limits.
- Oversee the performance of large project teams, typically comprising more than twelve contracted or project staff, by establishing performance objectives and providing feedback and guidance.

Team Leadership:
- Inspire project team members to deliver quality results on schedule and within budget.
- Define roles and responsibilities, manage performance, and provide constructive feedback, including disciplinary actions if necessary.

Project Management:
- Establish and control project scope, managing risks and regulatory commitments.
- Approve project scopes of work, set project priorities, and allocate responsibilities.
- Administer project budgets and schedules, approving necessary changes.
- Report on project performance to clients, senior management, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field such as project management, engineering, or business.
- A minimum of ten years of progressively responsible project experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a senior project role.
- PMP or AACE certification is an asset.
- Experience in managing projects across Infrastructure, Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional sectors is preferred.

Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of project lifecycle phases, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
- Strong general management skills encompassing planning, budgeting, resource allocation, time management, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Proficient in effective communication with all organizational levels, government officials, and industry peers.

Presentation Skills:
- Capable of delivering impactful presentations to both internal and external audiences, utilizing various media technologies.

Client Management:
- Manage client expectations and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
