About the Role

Hopper is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing relationships and driving growth for a portfolio of our strategic airline partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for airline accounts, driving revenue and building long-term relationships
  • Represent Hopper in day-to-day airline partner interactions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Organize and conduct quarterly business reviews with airline partners, ensuring alignment and progress towards goals
  • Collaborate with financial teams to forecast and manage revenue projections for partnerships
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support growth initiatives with airline partners
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with airline partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
  • Interface between airline partners and internal teams to provide operational support and ensure excellent customer experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of sales and account management experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth for key accounts
  • Prior experience in airline distribution (OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline) is preferred
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with airline partners
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of the global travel market, with a focus on airline industry dynamics and trends
