As the Commercial Auto Associate, you will be providing exceptional service to fleet clients. You will apply your superior attention to detail and excellent client service skills while working closely with clients to meet their commercial auto needs. You will help build and maintain long-term relationships with our clients with helping to answer client inquiries and requests.
A day in the life-
- Service and maintain existing fleet accounts.
- Meet existing clients' needs and process documentation (Certificates of Insurance, Cover Notes, Renewals, Proposals, Endorsements).
- Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation.
- Contact clients for renewal information.
- Take client calls and answer questions regarding coverages.
- Update client information and policies as changes occur.
- Answer account-related questions/requests from clients.
- Provide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiry.
What you will bring to our team-
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
- Motivated to help support a diverse team.
- Commercial Auto/Fleet experience.
- Level 2 insurance license is preferred.
- Pro-active and a self-starter.
- A keen attention to detail.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive client experiences and meet their desired needs.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal), present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Motivated to contribute within a team environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Salary Expectations-
The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, ie., base salary plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidate's book of business at a particular time. The expected base salary for this position is $45,000.00 to $55,000.00, plus commissions will be paid based on successful sales performance. The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level. HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West) is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses for some positions.
