Job Title: Portfolio Resource Coordinator Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Portfolio Resource Coordinator to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating resources and scheduling to ensure seamless service delivery to our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Strategically identify open shifts and work with our Client Service group to ensure complete schedules are met • Forward existing schedules to our security officers to ensure they are aware of their ongoing schedule • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Site Supervisors, Security Officers, Client Service Managers, and Senior Management • Fill cancellations and openings in the daily schedule • Coordinate with Client Service Managers to ensure their staffing needs are met • Develop and maintain knowledge of Paladin's contractual obligations for assigned portfolios • Participate in the deployment process and conduct interviews with applicants • Ensure billing accuracy and compliance on a weekly basis Requirements: • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships • Strong leadership, organization, and facilitation skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to meet strict deadlines and flexibility in time allocation • Proficiency in computer usage and ability to learn Paladin's Enterprise software What We Offer: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work with a diverse and dynamic team • Professional development and growth opportunities How to Apply: If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, please submit your application to join our team at Paladin Security.
