Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Resource Coordinator to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing resources to ensure seamless service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Coordination: Strategically identify and fill open shifts, manage scheduling, and reduce overtime through proactive initiatives.
  • Portfolio Management: Work closely with Client Service Managers to ensure staffing needs are met and proactively addressed.
  • Scheduling and Deployment: Coordinate with operational stakeholders to ensure complete schedules, fill cancellations, and openings in the daily schedule.
  • Knowledge Development: Develop and maintain ongoing knowledge of Paladin's contractual obligations, including site visits, training, and working relationships with management.
  • Interviews and Screening: Conduct interviews and phone screens with applicants to ensure the best fit for our team.
  • Billing and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely billing and payroll processing.
Requirements
  • Strong Leadership and Organization: Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and strategically to drive results.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer usage, with the ability to learn Paladin's Enterprise software.
