As a Distribution Manager at Uline, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 1 million square-foot facilities, stocked with over 40,000 shipping, industrial, and packaging products. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, maintaining exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance, and cultivating a dedicated team of 300+ warehouse employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse employees to achieve exceptional customer service and same-day shipping
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
