Gentek, a leading manufacturer and distributor of exterior home improvement products, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and achieving sales targets in the Central region (Ontario and Winnipeg).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and support.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives and drive sales excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Valid G-class license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proficient in the use of Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field, with a focus on sales and marketing.
