As a Guest Service Agent at our eco-conscious hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay with us. Your exceptional service skills and attention to detail will ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check-in guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Promote our hotel facilities and services, creating personalized experiences for our guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and handle cash handling duties.
  • Handle guest requests effectively and promptly, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Monitor rooms' inventory to maximize revenue and serve as a sales agent promoting hotel services.
Requirements:
  • Service-focused personality with previous front desk experience.
  • Post-secondary education in Hotel Management an asset.
  • Computer literacy with Opera experience an asset.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • A passion for Guest Service and ability to anticipate guest needs.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
