About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Representative to join our team at Arc'teryx. As a key member of our Guest Services and After-Sales team, you will provide exceptional support to our guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Arc'teryx products and services to provide accurate and helpful information
- Effectively manage workload to meet service level goals
- Collaborate with the team to develop new resources and improve service levels
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Arc'teryx products or outdoor brand products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English language skills
- Proactive and comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $46,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
