Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Representative to join our team at Arc'teryx. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will provide exceptional support to our guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of Arc'teryx Guest Services and After-Sales procedures to address product-related questions and concerns
  • Effectively manage workload to meet departmental service level goals
  • Perform other duties as required
Future Opportunities
  • Collaborate with leadership to take on focused tasks and contribute to the development of new resources
  • Acquire expertise in specific products, collections, processes, or systems to provide key support to the team
Requirements
  • Knowledge of or experience with Arc'teryx products or other outdoor brand products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Proactive and comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
  • Passion for the outdoors and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Compensation

A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $46,000 CAD per year, plus a bonus program and benefits package.
