About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Overnight Guest Services Attendant to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests arriving by private car, taxi, or limo and assist with luggage
  • Provide directions, recommendations, and information about the town and its attractions
  • Load luggage into cars for departing guests
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible
  • Resolve customer complaints and assist with inquiries about hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, in-house events, and more

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Previous experience in a hotel or guest service role preferred
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Comfortable lifting and carrying 20+ pounds
  • Class 5 BC Driver's license REQUIRED
  • Clean driving record
  • Excellent commitment to service
  • Must be available to work overnights
  • Ability to work in Canada

Schedule & Hours:

We expect our Overnight Guest Services Attendant to be flexible in working overnights, weekends, and holidays, as our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year.
