About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Overnight Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests arriving by private car, taxi, or limo and assist with luggage
  • Provide directions, recommendations, and information about the town and its attractions
  • Load luggage into cars for departing guests
  • Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
  • Accommodate special requests and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain the company vehicles and prepare the valet parking report
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service and a hotel or guest service role
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Comfortable lifting and carrying 20+ pounds
  • Class 5 BC Driver's license REQUIRED
  • Clean driving record
  • Excellent commitment to service and ability to work in Canada

Schedule & Hours

We are a 24/7, 365-day operation, and we expect our Overnight Guest Services Attendant to be flexible in working overnights, weekends, and holidays.
