Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Technologist to join our team at Canada Diagnostic Centres. As a Medical Radiology Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic imaging procedures using modern equipment while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using medical radiology equipment.
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly.
  • Adjust and control medical radiology equipment to obtain high-quality images.
  • Follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to analyze and interpret images.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures.
Requirements
  • Upcoming and recent graduates of Medical Radiological Technology.
  • Necessary education and active membership in good standing with the CAMRT & ACMDTT, OR the CSCLXT & ACCLXT.
  • High quality diagnostic images with a high level of patient care.
  • Ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Desire for lifelong learning to enhance experience and skills.
  • Commitment to excellence while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.
  • Dedication to health and safety while conducting procedures and operating medical imaging equipment.
