About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our restoration and renovation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, to our quality standards, and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Your expertise in the restoration/construction industry, combined with your skills as an estimator and your ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, will be essential in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage restoration and renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, adjusters, property managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Prepare accurate quotations, job costing, and estimating
  • Inspect progress and work quality to ensure emergency and rebuild timelines are met
  • Resolve disputes and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the restoration/renovation industry
  • Knowledge of building construction and codes
  • Experience with Xactimate
  • Ability to plan and monitor budgets
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean criminal record
  • Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
