Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Infinite Outsourcing Solutions Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Shipping Methods: Analyze and select the most cost-effective and efficient shipping methods for our products.
  • Schedule Distribution: Coordinate the scheduling of distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
  • Manage Inventory: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure that stock is properly stored and secured.
  • Assemble and Pack Goods: Assemble and pack goods for shipment, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and secured.
  • Unpack and Inspect Goods: Unpack and inspect goods received, verifying that they are in good condition and meet our quality standards.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that all items are properly secured and handled.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player
Work Environment

Our warehouse operations are fast-paced and physically demanding. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and work in a team environment.
