Position Overview

Qualifications

Work Environment

Our warehouse operates in a fast-paced environment where meeting tight deadlines is essential. You will need to demonstrate attention to detail while working under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding warehouse activities.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair work within the facility.
  • Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Train new employees on their roles and company policies.
  • Organize training sessions for staff development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to assess employee progress.
  • Assign and review tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures for the team.
Supervisory Role

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in the following software is required:

  • MS Outlook
  • MS Word
  • MS Windows
Physical Requirements

Ability to handle weights of up to 9 kg (20 lbs) as part of daily operations.
