Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Infinite Outsourcing Solutions Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Shipping Methods: Analyze and select the most cost-effective and efficient shipping methods for our products.
  • Schedule Distribution: Coordinate with our transportation partners to schedule the timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring that all goods are accurately tracked and accounted for.
  • Assemble and Pack Goods: Assemble and pack goods for shipment, ensuring that all products are properly secured and labeled.
  • Unpack and Inspect Goods: Unpack and inspect goods received, identifying any damage or discrepancies and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading: Supervise the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that all products are handled with care and transported safely.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced and physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a warehouse environment with frequent bending, crouching, and lifting. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for extended periods and work in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
