About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Airport Cargo Warehouse Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Operations: Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks and activities.
  • Task Management: Organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently, prioritizing deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely and efficient processing of shipments.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and logs of work activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with warehouse and production units, coordinating activities and ensuring smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willing to train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, ability to work independently, and under pressure.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a warehouse setting, with repetitive tasks.
