Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
    • Ensure that all food and equipment are stored and handled properly.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Language and Communication
    • English language proficiency required.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
